Contest Details

This is the only place to enter the contest and the only place the winner be announced after they received the prize. We will contact winner by email from official contest email challenger@totemfitness.ca only.

1. Look for clues on our social media to get location,

2. Walk, hike or bike to location in a safe manner,

3. Snap a selfie with you and the flag visible in the photo,

4. Upload the photo to contest link,

5. Upvote your entry and have others help you too!

Finding The Flag

Please do not remove, dismantle or damage the flag.

Flag location will known by clues across our social media. Flag will never be put in a dangerous or overtly difficult place, however all participants are urged to take precautions in changing/inclement weather and not push themselves to any degree that could be harmful.
