Where will facility be located?

We will be located in the Tk'emlups BC region. Officially at 1216 Battle Street.

How many vouchers are available?

600 total with 300 offering a 2nd year at same rate and the remainder of 300 for only 1 year promotion.

How do I redeem my voucher?

Upon facility officially naming location and opening, come in at anytime, voucher does not expire.

Can I refund my voucher?

Yes, you can get a full and instant refund up to opening day. The reasoning is it took the opportunity from another to acquire the promo deal, which would not be fair to them.

Can I transfer my voucher after activating?

Unfortunately no. Once activated the voucher can not be transferred due to system allowance, there is no way to allocate for it.

Where do I get my receipt?

It will be emailed to you instantly, otherwise check your spam/junk email folder.

Can I visit the location prior to purchasing voucher?

Unfortunately, no. Our team will be sharing progress of our renovations up until opening. The generous presale is to speed up this process.

Can I buy voucher for someone else or multiple vouchers for my organization?

Yes, you can definitely do so. Just come to facility on opening with your receipt and the emails you want tied to the vouchers.

I never got my email and someone else claimed my voucher, what now?

We suggest you take a screenshot of purchase, and record the time and date of purchase, we will do everything we can to honor your purchase.

The facility location changed August 15th 2024, what does this mean?

Recent changes have made us move from our Mt Paul location over to Battle St, 1 full minute away due to discriminatory issues against our team. If at anytime you feel the new location is not a good fit, please let us know so we can give you a full refund.
