Who can I train with a PT/GT Membership?

PT Clients: Train your own clients, they must have active memberships. Age 16-17 can only access at specified times, Age 12-15 must have trainer present 1-on-1 at all times, no exception.

GT Clients: They may use the lobby, change rooms and group training room only. They are not permitted to use the main facility equipment without a standard adult membership active.

What if I am only using assessment room?

There is no age limit or client membership required to use assessment room. PT is responsible for ensuring these exceptions do not use the gym area unless they are active members.

How do we book rooms, get door codes and client codes?

We send you a password to the "PT/GT Access" page for our PT/GT members. It has booking links and all codes, including an FAQ for various situations.

What is in the PT rental room?

Sink, Charts, skeletal figures, body structure models, whiteboard, laptop, printer, seating, mirror, medical scale, height chart, pulse meter and various measuring tools. These tools are all complimentary to the room and not guaranteed. If you'd like to request items in the room, please let us know and we can look into it.

What is in the GT rental room?

Multiple hydra-strike boxing bags, double-end bags, speed bag, battle ropes, and various other equipment. You have access to a speaker system for your group. 2 Fully mirrored walls enclose a 750 sq.ft sanded wood floor training room.

Why do I need a business license and insurance?

It is a crucial aspect of any venture operator. Totem Fitness Inc. will not cover any damages involving PT/GT clients or their potential clients visiting facility while under that trainers instruction.

Does Totem check my certifications every year?

No, we request a copy of an updated, active PT/GT (Or relevant) Cert and CPR Cert on registration. It is wholly expected you keep your own documents up to date. PT's and GT's using Totem Facility will be wholly responsible for their own clients and their selves regardless of any additional or potential communication made between PT's and GT's and Totem Fitness Inc.

How does the directory/marketing/leads work?

We will create a 1080x1080 PNG graphic with your information and upload it to directory and circulate it on our social media periodically. Any leads/inquiries generated will be sent your way.
