Can I register online?

Yes, we encourage it to make your fitness journey as simple as possible.

Is their staff members to help me or cash payment options?

Unfortunately, no, aside from maintenance team. Our gym concept is staffless and cashless as nobody is there to process or meet you.

Is their a door fob or key card?

No, door access is via button in our mobile app.

The app unlock is not working, what now?

Check in "My Account" you are on a paid membership, confirm wifi credentials sent to email, and you are at the gym door.

My coupon is not working and payment is not accurate, what now?

Check you clicked the selection option for the coupon and the payment amount is correct prior to clicking submit.

Is their a join fee or cancellation fee, what about a maintenance fee?

There are no additional fees aside from your monthly or annual membership cost that you can confirm at anytime.

How do I cancel my membership?

Go to "My Account" and cancel. You will have access until end of billing cycle.

I seen a promotion after I already paid, could I be eligible?

Check promo details. You can cancel current plan anytime, but will not be refunded for any current active billing period. The promo you seen may not be active by the time the billing cycle ends.

Can I bring a friend to the gym?

All gym users must be paid registered members. We offer a free trial with every plan, plus a friend discount for monthly membership.
